If you are not satisfied with any of our products at the time you received it, you may return it to us for a refund within 15 days upon the reception of the goods.
We will gladly accept returns of new and unused items that are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on and are in their original packing so that we can sell them again. Please note that accessories such as socks, tights or hats and items from previous campaigns that are available on Sale, Archive Sale, Sample Sale and Last Chance Sale cannot be returned.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and possible taxes or customs related.
Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 14 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.
Important for non-EU clients
If you send your return items from outside of the European Union, we recommend to use a courier (not post office) with tracking number and select an option DDP (Deliver Duty Paid).
Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.
In the case of unexpected additional fees to release the return, the order will be abandoned by the courier and we cannot refund the order.
