1. General Conditions

These legal conditions regulate the orders processed on this website for which Punt Eggli SLU is legally responsible, hereinafter Cozmo. 

The acquisition of any of the products or services offered on this page implies the acceptance of these legal contracting conditions, the legal notice, and the privacy and cookies policy.

Cozmo informs the user that the language chosen for the conclusion of this electronic contract is English and that its storage by a trusted third party is not foreseen, although Cozmo does store a record of all the orders made by its clients. If you wish, you can print or copy this screen to preserve these legal conditions.

 

2. Purchase Process
To purchase any of the products or services offered on this website, you must follow the established purchase process, taking into account the following aspects:

- Carefully read all the information available on the product you wish to purchase.

- When selecting 'Spain' or 'Europe', the prices on product listing are in Euros (€) with taxes included (VAT). Other countries outside Europe, prices will be converted to your local currency. 

- Cozmo reserves the right to modify these prices at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights.

- The shipping costs corresponding to your order will be shown at the end of the purchase process.

Our current shipping costs are: 

Free shipping Worldwide from 149€

Shipping costs in orders below 149€:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 5,95€
  • Europe EU (except Spain): 9,95€
  • Rest of Europe: 14,95€
  • US and Canada: 13,95€
  • Rest of the world: 19,95€

 When processing your order, please contact us at hello@mylittlecozmo.com if you can not find your country.

- Select the desired product(s).

- Access the cart where you can check the details of the products requested, the sales price, and applicable taxes.

- Then you must fill out the order form with your information.

- This website has the following payment methods: Debit or credit card, PayPal and Klarna.

- PayPal: When paying by PayPal, Cozmo reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. Cozmo reserves the right to deny any purchase.

- Once you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your order, if you do not receive this message, contact us.

  • If you want to make any type of modification to the data entered in the purchase process, My Little Cozmo please contact us at this email address hello@mylittlecozmo.com.

 

Non-European Union Clients

Please consider that international orders outside the European Union might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

Cozmo cannot control or predict these charges and it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance (like taxes, duties, or customs fees).

We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees.

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Cozmo will not reship or refund orders. We also reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipping costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

 

3. Delivery Times and Zones

We dispatch all orders within 3 days from Monday to Friday, so your Cozmo goods should arrive at your address within 3-9 days from when your order was processed.

If for some reason the delivery was delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible, also in case, the stock of any article is not available.

During sale and peak periods this may take longer. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

For shipments outside these areas, you must previously consult us at hello@mylittlecozmo.com.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days after receiving your purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the steps indicated in our Refund section.

In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive ordinary delivery that we offer) within 14 days after receiving your returned package. We will proceed to refund this amount by using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction unless you have expressly provided otherwise. However, we inform you that under the provisions of art. 107.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, we will proceed to retain the amount of the return until we have received the goods or the buyer sends us sufficient proof of their return.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, we remind you that as established in 108.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Finally, we inform you that under the provisions of art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, we reserve the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only refund products that are in the original condition as shipped.

We will not accept the return of any products that have been used, washed, not labeled, have undergone some damage, or is not in their original packaging. For that reason, we request you to be careful with the product until you return it.

Important for non-EU clients

If you send your return items from outside of the European Union, we recommend using a courier (not post office) with a tracking number and select an option DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs, or any additional fees will not be accepted. In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, the order will be abandoned by the courier and we cannot refund the order.
