Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Spain (Peninsula and the Balearic Islands), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Bahrain, China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Macao SAR, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Mexico, Canada, United States
For shipments outside these areas, you must previously write us at hello@mylittlecozmo.com.
How much will my shipping cost?
Our shipping fees are as follows:
* Free shipping worldwide 149€
*Shipping costs in orders below 149€:
- Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 5,95€
- Europe EU (except Spain): 9,95€
- Rest of Europe: 14,95€
- US and Canada: 13,95€
- Rest of the world: 19,95€

Buying from the UK?
Due to Brexit, all UK orders are subject to your country’s legislation regarding inspection and customs fees.
If you receive an extra fee from customs to get your order, please note that these costs and the related formalities you may have to fulfill are your responsibility.
With this new situation, the delivery to customers in the UK may suffer delays due to the parcels’ customs clearance entering your country. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and if this happens to your order, but we won't be able to provide any help regarding this

Non-European Union Clients
Please consider that international orders outside the European Union might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
Cozmo cannot control or predict these charges and it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance (like taxes, duties or customs fees).
We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual taxes or additional fees.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Cozmo will not reship or refund orders. We also reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipping costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders within 3 days from Monday to Friday. Your Cozmo goods should arrive at your address within 3-9 days from when your order was processed.
If for some reason the delivery was delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible, also in case, the stock of any article is no longer available.
During sale and peak periods this may take longer. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email with all the information to track your delivery from our shipping partner MBE (Mailboxes) which is connected to your local forwarding agent. This link will provide you with information on the status of your order in terms of delivery.

Can I change my shipping information?
If an address is entered incorrectly on your order, please contact us at hello@mylittlecozmo.com as soon as possible so that a correction can be made. Unfortunately, we cannot assure you that it can be effective, as the purchase may have been already shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, we can not make any changes. If so, we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If the order is returned to us due to a wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs to the new address you provide.
This applies also in case the carrier company can not deliver the package because no one was available at the shipping address or the goods could not be delivered for any other reason.
If so, please keep in mind that the courier may have left you a delivery attempt notice.
Also, remember that you can change your saved addresses at any time by updating your account information.
